Offer submitted to WF VA SS on 11/18.
Until now, no BPO ordered.
2 weeks ago, negotiator wants updated paystubs, buyer's pre-qual, etc. All resubmitted.Then silent and no news again.
I emailed negotiator. Called Customer Service, they sent an email.
What else can I do to escalate this file?

It's not a BPO for a VA Compromise Sale, its a VA Liquidation Appraisal and your offer needs to net 88.13 percent of the Appraisal to get approved. Have you e-mailed the Negotiator's Manager?
No, I have not. How do I find out who the manager is?

Normally Wells Fargo is quick to reply and since you have submitted the requested documents it is probably in the document collection phase. I would anticipate that the appraisal should be ordered this week and they will contact you.
