I wish I did.  My rep has never returned a call - and this has been going on for months.  She will only speak with seller (even though I have authorization) and on the rare occasion I get through- I end up going to voicemail or once I got to speak to someone who relayed messages to her as she was busy??

 

I have been trying for hours to get through to them and cannot get a person - it transfers me to the rep's voicemail which automatically disconnects.  The rep even promised the seller on Tues she would call me and never did.  He repeatedly begs her to call me with no luck.

 

The only thing I have been able to do is to send a fax every day when this happens with Escalate Ln# (fill in number) and describe the communication problem until someone takes my calls.  I don't know if it has done any good.

 

A poster below gave a number for their executive office- I couldn't get a person there either today but did leave a message.  Seller is under contract on 2 properties which is netting more than Aurora said they needed and I still cannot get them to speak to me.  Seller was told they would have turn around on the package by 1/13 and no such luck.  I wish they would speak to me!  Good luck!

Thanks.  I left a voicemail there yesterday- couldn't get a person.  No one called me back.  Finally could leave a voicemail at Aurora, but no shock still cannot get a call back.  I am perplexed in a month I cannot get a live person on the phone or call back.

 

I'll try the executive number again and hopefully just call until I can get a person.

oh boy do i sympathize with you. i cannot get a live person on the phone since thrusday.

they changed their system, and now all goes to voicemail.

but no one ever calls back.

i have a full offer...you think they would want to confirm and approve.

and i wish i had an address.

i would send certified letters.oh, that gives me an idea...how about a big box of cookes and bribe them....hahahah

Ditto here.  They have a full price cash offer and won't even speak to me.  They called the seller 1 evening and asked for an updated form and "said" they would call me.  Won't return voicemails or requests to call me by fax. Nothing.  I am perplexed I cannot get a live person the past few weeks. Seller cannot either when he calls as himself not the agent.

If I manage to get through at some point soon I will let you know how!
