PNC's blanket corp is on Twitter as @PNCNews.  I tweeted the following message.... I need a HAFA settlement on a 2nd you have. Not getting any help from your staff.......waiting for reply.  With the huge numbers of people on Twiitter and FaceBook and Google Plus, we should all be posting there as well.

Well I have a 1st only with them  I called every number on here and on the loan statement, when I do get a real person on the phone they can:t find the loan number

But yet the auto system finds it just find.  I will start again on MOnday trying to get someone to start the short sale ,they keep calling the seller and what to know y they need a short sale yet I can't get anyone to even confirm the paperwork has been accepted.  Any more number here for a higher up or e-mail to someone??

What is PNC's policy on representing both ends of a transaction. Also will they allow  an agent to represent them self.

Submitted SS request 12/1 with buyer's offer.  Assigned to "Mark" negotiator and BPO done.  Last week received notice of foreclosure with a date of 1/20.  Today received email from my negotiator "Michael" (make up my mind!) countering the submitted offer, stating that the max settlement to 2nd could only be $500!!!   (Gosh, I see posts where PNC is demanding a lot more than that on their seconds!) And a counter that puts the price of the property ABOVE all comps for a regular sale. And top it off with agent commissions at 5%.  He further states that "the terms are not negotiable."  Anyone run into this and have a success story or tip to share?

Hi Everyone, It seems like PNC are giving all of us problems. For us in California it's been especially hard since we have the SB453 that passed last year. I am working on 3 2nd liens with PNC and they have taken me out of all my HAFA short sales! Check out these links, let me know what you think. We need to start fighting back and not taking no for an answer.
