Hi all,
Had a potential new listing who decided to list with an agent the bank recommended to them. Loan is with B of A. Any idea about some list of approved agents BofA has, and how to get on it?
Thanks!
K
Yes - Chase will be using Equator very soon after the new year. Went to a Chase seminar and they let us know. I love these groups. They always have something helpful.
Yep, you can never take no for an answer with B of A. They have far too many young folks working these files with no common sense. Also in case you did not know when you submit documents through Equator they are reviewed in the wee hours by folks in India. Many times they are the people rejecting the documents not your assigned negotiator.
Happy New Year to all, and I hope 2012 will be smoother for short sales. I hear Chase is going to jump on the Equator train next.
Congrats and Happy New Year Kathleen! Always better to read the good stories and not the problems!!
I am, hopefully, reaching the end of a BOA SS saga. We closed with the second buyer and now got an email that closing docs were declined because they were not legible. I enlarged, darkened, re-scanned at high def and resubmitted at midnight last night.
I could read them just fine on Equator but tried my best to satisfy them.
It has been my most difficult and complicated SS ever. BOA twitter helped, I escalated to management and I had a customer service rep that stuck with it for the final week to push- do not accept NO!
@Jana - I had the smae thing a couple of months ago on the Labor Day Weekend - Tweet @BofA_Help and they got it done within an hour. They are AWESOME !
Similar situation last week, send a tweet to bofa_help, BOA monitors this site continuously..
Help! I've been trying to close a short sale that MUST close today for three days. Come to find out the person with final HUD approval authority is "out on vacation" for two weeks. Customer service attempted to transfer me to literally every desk in a radius of his with no success. The manager isn't responding to the escalation in Equator, email or on vmail. What else can I do???
