You can:
1.) Call your local HUD regional office and file a complaint. Tell them that the servicer is being non compliant with HUD guidelines for the PFS. http://portal.hud.gov/portal/page/portal/HUD/localoffices
2.) Send them a copy of the PFS guidlines: www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/nsc/rep/pfsfact.pdf
I always like to use Adobe, then I can highlight and add big circles and arrows, just like behind the register at McDonalds. I equate the two very closely when it comes to B of A.
Just to follow up. Both buyer and seller were nervous about doing anything that would delay the deal so they all decided not to pursue it.
