buyer #1-BOA give short sale approved for 185K with financing

buyer #1-walks from deal 2 days after approval

buyer #2-offer received 2 days after buyer #1 walks, for 190K cash (5k more!)

Negotiator has not responsed in 2 months....

 

Any suggestions?

I am in Phoenix, Az but I grew up in Bayside NY (queens) where upstate?
I joke because I am very patient but with these shortsales my NY comes out in me hehehe

I agree, they can take us out of NY but they can't take the NY out of us!Wow, you are from the cooold. Bet you really like Florida. Arizona is nice, its only 57degrees now, 75 in the afternoon. I can live with that.

it's been a horrible winter (in Florida terms). 43° this morning. High of 71° today....first time it's been in the 70's in weeks....BUT high in the mid to upper 70's starting tomorrow....CAN'T WAIT!!!
I saw enough snow by the time I was 3 yrs old to last me a lifetime. Now all I want to see is palm trees and blue sky...haha
AZ is also beautiful!!! Love those flowering cactus

your funny. Most of my NY friends moved to florida. I moved to Arizona in 1979 when my parents had enough of the high property taxes. then it was only $3000 a yr. I have friends paying over $12000 a year in long island, nuts. I was only in orlando once. Most of the people I know moved to Boca. Where are u? Yea, if I want snow I can go to Flagstaff and have fun and then go back to sunny Arizona. Hows real estate out there? I have been really busy ( still waiting for closings ) but I am thankful to be making sales.

Market is HOT! Everyone is town picking up the deals before there are no more....
