US Bank is hit or miss with me, I have 2 really good ladies there that work their govt loans and they are very helpful.  It did just take 6 weeks to just get a negotiator assigned on one but another was 4 days.   They are overwhelmed according to my friends there and in the past they have always worked the files that were close to foreclosure first.  Glad to at least hear they are working on it

Their gov't loans have been easier to process, we've always had good people to work with on those....anything else takes quite a bit of time.  We'll stay tuned to see how they expedite their processing.  Can't think of any major headaches they've given us on any files, they're pretty reasonable to work with.

PLEASE!!! Does anybody have a responsive US Bank management contact that would assist with a postponement problem?  THANKS SO MUCH!

who is the investor?

We were set to be sent to the investor on 9/28, but were thrown into the new system to be "reviewed" again.  Package sent in April, offer sent in July.....STILL in review.  They leave it sit in review until the stubs and statements are outdated, then make you update them, just to throw you back in review again.  Would be interested to know of ANYONE has ever made it out of review!  The WORST experience in short sales yet.

I have an upcoming FHA short with US Bank. I certainly hope that they've streamlined their processes and timelines since the last time I did an FHA short with them (about two years ago). It took an Act of Congress and 3 months to be assigned to a negotiator!

Don't hold your breath, Vanessa.  I just hung up with our "mortgage assistance point," and 30 days after being put into the "new streamlined system," I am being told we will be in review for another 4-6 weeks.  We've already been in review since early July.  Ugh!

Don't see any management contact or escalation strategy in the posts above. I too have had a poor experience with MAP. Week before last i called three times and was told my file is complete just waiting for the processor. Then last week processor called seller to say file declined because of missing docs. Arrghh. Can anyone point to a contact person with half a brain that could intercede at US Bank?

I too need an escalation number. I have 2 files with them right now and I am already pulling my hair!!
