Great to see so many Short Sale Super Stars at the Keller Williams Family Reunion

It has been very nice to meet so many short sale superstars at the Keller Williams Family Reunion.  I would suspect after the short sale panel that I was on with Fred Kauffman and Fred Weaver, we have even more members now.  www.ShortSaleSuperstars.com is well represented in New Orleans this week.

Wish I could have been one of them. Already blocked out 2011. Went to Inman in January and didn't have the funds to do both. I'll be that little old lady in Pasadena (oh wait, that's TMI)
Awesome Jeff. Wendy and I really appreciate all that you do.
Toby,
I am booking my trip for next year TODAY!!!

Bryant, KW Family Reunion is one of the most powerful tools in our tool box! 7500 agents full of energy sharing their secrets!!! You and Wendy should come with us next year!!!!!
Hi Jeff - Thank you for the plug! I bet you were awesome on the panel.
I've got to attend NAR Mid-Year so my travel budget needs another closing before I book for 2011. :-)
It was a great panel, I was amazed at how much I learned from Kevin Kauffman and Fred Weaver!!!!!! You should go with us next year to the event!!!

Jeff, thants for your contribution on the panel. sorry i didn't get to say hi in person. What a great week.
A BIG plug for KW Family Reunion, Jeff Payne, Kevin Kauffman & Fred Weaver. F.R. rocked...as always...and they rocked! Have been looking at increasing short sale trends for 3 years, but never bothered to jump in because of all the negative talk. My partner and I decided to give it try, and took on our first 3 short sale listings right before getting on the plane for Orleans. Went to their panel and was blown away by their excitement for the scope of opportunity and their "never take NO from someone not authorized to say YES" attitude. Learned so much from them, and I would have had so many limiting beliefs about dealing with the banks had they not presented. Have dealt with a couple very helpful and experienced front line staff at the banks in the past 2 weeks and a LOT of indifferent, unprepared and incompetent people (or maybe the system is incompetent). Yet, I am still excited, because they made it an attainable challenge. Thank you Jeff, Kevin and Fred.
