I am working on a short sale right now with them and they are idiots!!! They had the short sale in process for over 2 months with no updates. Finally, I emailed the VP of Customer Service and, miraculously, the file went to a negotiator the next day! Now, a week later, I'm trying to get a BPO ordered (which the VP said would be in a few days) and am not getting any response from anyone. The customer service rep even told me that there is not a supervisor there and that (basically) the VP was lying about the time frame on the BPO. My buyer is almost ready to walk and all I need is a simple BPO.

If anyone out there has had a pleasurable experience with them, please let us know how you did it!

Do you still have that e-mail for the VP still by any chance? We are running into the same problem - it has been "under review" for 2 months and nothing has happened. Please let me know!

Hello, All,

My experience has been over the last four months, yes I said FOUR months, they have been a challenge beyond any other bank I have worked with, including Suntrust.

I am going to take the info on the VP and use it, as I am getting nowhere fast.

I am working with a file that is a Freedom Mortgage client. Completed Short Sale package in over a month ago and I am getting nowhere. Did your case ever move forward?

Do you have any contact info besides Roseanne Goldberg...I've already called her.
