Let me know what you have to offer! I have been doing REO busines the past 4 years only and I really want to branch out into more short sales! I have a website now but I dont use it at all and the person servicing it has got to big so it doesnt get any updating. So let me know what you do my email is [email protected]

Hello Stacey,

Thanks for replying to my post. I have taken a look at your web site, StaceyHartRealty.com, and here are some things I could do (and suggest doing) to improve your page:

 

1. improve the SEO characteristics of the website by strategically adding header text and content text to the pages
2. improve the current graphics used on the page, giving it a crisp and professionally designed look and feel; making the graphics and color scheme really pop
3. move the login section and redesign it so that it takes up much less of the important space that you have on the page to use
4. redesign the navigation, and add more links...
5. add a new link for a distressed properties page where you will get to show some distressed properties, and advertise your service as a short sale listing agent/buyer's agent
6. add a new link for featured listings page, where you can have all of yourlistings displayed, and listings of other agents who are allowing you to market their listings
7. create a flash gallery of your featured listings to be displayed on that page
8. create a domain for each of your featured listings with a gallery and detailed information for each property
9. create a custom ad campaign used to drive traffic to your newly revamped web site and show you how to use the ad campaign on the fly
10. update your testimonials section
11. maintain your web site with support as needed
12. provide hese srvices at a very VERY low rate!
