Have a VA Compromise Sale working with PHH.  They seem to be stone walling us now.  USAA loan with a USAA VA buyer.  Anyone have a way around the impasse or a better way to get a file escalated.  We have a week left before the offer expires and the buyer isn't going to extend.  Negotiator not returning phone calls or responding to email.

Have you tried contacting the VA Loan Tech?  What is the issue? Valuation?

Contact your regional VA loan office (http://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/rlcweb.asp) and ask the representative for assistance.  You will need to send them a 3rd party authorization so be sure to have that ready to go.

Kevin-no the appraisal was done and I there isn't a valuation issue. 

Cameron-thanks I tried to call VA on Friday but no one answered the phone.  I'll try again today.  I have third party authorization to talk to the lender so hopefully it will work for the VA as well.
