Does anyone know of a "master list" type website that one can enter an association name and it will provide who their management company is and contact info for ordering estoppels? I am in Florida, and I know about Sunbiz, however, I'm thinking there has got to be a better way of tracking down these associations short of keeping a huge encyclopedia of collected numbers (and these change all the time). Many of the sellers/realtors I work with don't have any HOA statements and/or haven't paid in many months to years, oftentimes the HOA has changed by then and the seller was unaware as they have relocated and such. PLEASE HELP! :))))
