On an FHA Short Sale is the $3000.00 relocation part of the closing costs paid by the lender or part of the net?

The FHA relocation incentive varies. HUD will need to NET 88% of their appraised value in order for the homeowner to be elgible to receive a relocation incentive. The relocation incentive will come out of the lenders NET proceeds and will show up as a closing cost on the sellers side of the Est. HUD.
