For you to have some knowledge of who we are, the following is a brief resume that we offer as an introduction. We sincerely hope it allows you to be more at ease in choosing the O'Brian Team as your real estate professionals. http://www.shortsalebyjr.com

Both of us had gotten into the real estate business several years ago. Our primary goal is to help people realize their dream of home ownership. Both of us were driven to the real estate business after changes in our careers.

For over 20 years Janet had a career in the legal field providing help to many people going through domestic troubles. Janet enjoyed her legal career tremendously being able to help people through extremely emotional and life changing circumstances. After working with attorneys as a paralegal for most of Janet's career she then opened her own office providing legal assistance to individuals. Due to a change in legal bureaucracy and the economics of clients, Janet felt she needed a change but still had a strong desire to help people.

Richard has been into computers for the last 25 years. His last career was with Prudential Financial as a computer analyst providing company reports and help throughout Prudential nationally. Prudential had relocated the department out of state. We had decided that it was now a good time to change careers. We wanted to stay in the Antelope Valley and both work in real estate. As Janet is already an established agent, we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to build a career together.

We have resided in the Antelope Valley for over 20 years with our children (dogs, Honey and Brie). We have made the Antelope Valley our home because of its wide open spaces, clean air and close community. Over recent years we have seen a great change and look forward to the upcoming future of our community. We believe that the Antelope Valley has many amenities to offer its community as well as a wonderful economic future. We look forward to assisting residents in the Antelope Valley achieve their dreams of homeownership. Our goal has always been "a good life for my customers and good customers for life!"

With the support of great people like you, we hope to become well-known real estate professionals for you, your friends and family. We are both dedicated to achieving the best customer service for our clients. We owe all our successes to people like you! We have always had the conviction that you treat people the way you want to be treated. Throughout our lives together we have always been "helpers" and only wish to continue helping people achieve their dreams.
