the majority of people could never in a hundred years do what I have done. It is not because I am special or anything, but the timing, situation, my personal characteristics, mannerisms, etc; a combinination of these things caused me to be successful thus far. I am young at 34 but I have been an entrepruneur for almost 14 years and have had lots of failures and some successes, non like now. This was the right idea for me at the right time. I can tell you that getting RE Agents to work with you is the key, but the real key is being able to CONVINCE agents to work with me/you, and that took some quick adapting to rejection and the ability to sound like I was an expert and with a lot of confidence even though I never once lied. That's it I guess. Hello Kent, Thank you for your imput, I think that you just gave me 1 more significant tool to use against BOA or BofA. As for the success, it can not be summed up in the following statement but it is the general Idea. Listing Agents, Buyers Agents, 12-18 hour days for 3-4 mths, some really good brokers, and lots of phone calls and emails. With that said, I quit listenting to the 'GURU's because they weren't telling me much and were just trying to sell everything from everybody. I spoke to some real investors who were successful and are actively in the market. Everything that they told me was contrary to what the Guru was saying. I apologize, but you know something, I am a bit bitter with them. Those Bast...'s tell you and everyone else that they can do this, that if they can do it, then anybody can do it.
