The Fannie Mae overvalue issue... You need to go into the portal on HOMEPATH and upload all your supporting evidence.... photos, contractor estimates on costs of repairs...your comps showing they are wrong, how many days on market etc.... AND get an actual APPRAISAL from a licensed appraiser showing YOUR VALUE...show the appraisal was ordered by a LAW FIRM.... even if it's not true...pick one....

this should open their eyes....get a case # from Fannie after disputing online in homepath portal.... this should bring it down another notch...
