Wells Fargo Approval Letter re-negotated???

Have you received an approval letter from Wells Fargo and they approved certain fee's, then when you are waiting for HUD approval, they say they are not going to pay a fee?

Is this Legal? should we contact the OCC?

They have approved the short sale, we received a approval letter. waiting on HUD approval now they are trying to say the buyer can not pay a negotiating fee b/c they are giving seller assist and that they want the sellers assist removed the buyer negotiating fee removed on the BUYERS side. The buyer signed a contract with the negotiator. Its in the section for survey where they can choose to pay for services.
