programs to orginize progress

Was wondering if anyone could suggest a good program for orginizing my work though the short sale process?

I recently found EBroker House. It seems to be able to keep all of the info needed without note pads and I can create reminders and conversation logs. Let me know your thoughts. Here is the website:
