After negotiating with Chase for 5 months on a short sale, they tell me I am no longer authorized. I must resubmit on the Chase Authorization Form or my company letterhead, not the CAR Authorization to communicate. So frustrating!

This happened to me on a loan modification too...it was a few months ago now, but very frustrating. I was talking to them about a case on Wednesday (the day the new "policy" was announced) and when I called back Thursday morning to clarify some things we had discussed...they could not talk to me...because they had told me the day before about needing the new form...and I had not gotten it to them yet. The CS rep actually hung up on me. I called back and talked to a supervisor (which I rarely do, but I was particularly miffed). I then just got them the new form that day and moved on with the modification. It is one we actually got done. (Rare for Chase!)
