Please also keep in mind that Loan and Real Estate Brokers not only should follow the Legal obligations towards general public but also must follow ethical and moral obligation and they can be panelized for not doing so.

Nationstar Mortgage and Auction.com are acting like they are Real Estate Broker / Agent. Therefore they must treat general public with respect and have ethic in doing business
