Its my understanding BofA does not pay for 3rd party negotiator fees. Does anyone have any experience on how to include this on the HUD to get it approved?
BEST MOVE - Partner with a local real estate attorney, share the funds with him/her (good to have "muscle" on your team if need be as well)
B of A WILL pay third party fees (that is how we get paid) if you push back on them.
