- Born and raised in Colombia, South America, Maria graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes. In 1998, after holding successful positions at Nestle and LG Electronics, Maria decided to come to the United States to study English and get an MBA in Information Technology. In 2004, Maria and her husband moved to Spartanburg, SC, where they still reside. Maria obtained her real estate license in April of 2006 and in October, she joined Keller Williams, where she earned the title of Rookie of the year in 2007. Maria specializes in first time homebuyers, relocation, and short sales.
Maria is a Short Sale and REO Specialist, certified by the prestigious Five Star Institute. Maria is also one of CitiMortgage preferred realtors in Spartanburg and Greenville County, after attending Keller Williams University Short Sale Mastery Intensive Training.
