Well Hello All: Finally settled Chase file on December 19, 2014. The escalation numbers were useless. People felt uneasy do to job security. I made contact with a Chase VP that I met 2 years ago and after making contact with him, about 5 people from Chase calling me to assist in closing the file. There are some challenges to be aware. A. Chase require a stamp approval from their closer on the HUD and B. Do not put any admin or flat fees on the HUD, i.e., seller side or purchaser side if chase is paying any of the closing. Why risk closing for simple fees, just remove them. Lastly, I do not face or twit, just get out and meet some of the representatives to create relationships.
