House Needs a New Roof

I am in final negotiations with Wells Fargo on a short sale where the house needs a new roof. The Buyer wants to put an allowance in the contract for a roof and the negotiator insists it be sold "as is". Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this done?See More
