I am learning about short sales a little later than many of you as our Williamsburg Virginia market is a little bit behind the country in everything including the real estate market, The name Colonial Williamsburg is appropriate!

Yes, the folks there at Providence Classical School are great, this is my 3rd year with them. We're also doing a fundraiser for another school down there this year, Walsingham Academy. I'm not doing it personally as I have one in Richmond that same evening, but a guy that works with me will be doing it. I've gone down and met with them and they seem to be really nice as well.

Regarding the short sales, have you actually done any yet? I'm just starting and haven't actually done one yet. I just completed the CDPE course and I'm looking forward to doing these. Let me know if you have done some already and if you haven't, how do you intend to market yourself with these?

I too am a little behind on learning this, but I personally believe we have at least 2-3 more years whereas this business of short sales will be a great additional revenue stream. Feel free to call me if I can assist you or if you're up in the Richmond area, let me know and we can schedule a coffee. I'm doing a fundraising auction for a private school down there this fall, Providence Classical School, ever heard of them? They are super nice people and a pleasure to work with. Keep in touch!
