I have been working on short sales and bank-owned properties since I partnered with my broker. We have successfully completed all of our sales with one exception. There is always more to learn, and I am eager to do so.We work primarily in the Albertville, Minnesota area. But we also cover Zimmerman, Minnesota as well as Elk River, Minnesota, and St. Michael, Minnesota. So call us if you are looking for expertise in Sherburne or Wright Counties. I work for banks to give them opinions on property pricing so they think I know what I am doing!
