I am equally at home working with buyers or sellers. I have extensive knowledge of the Austin area and in particular, Lago Vista, Point Venture, Jonestown, Leander and Cedar Park.

I have the CNE designation which is Certified Negotiation Expert. This places me in the top 1% of agents in the country with skilled negotiation training! This training I have found to be invaluable and has enabled me to secure more satisfactory results and fiercely defend the position of my clients.

I have also acquired the e-PRO designation. Today, more than 85% of all buyers and sellers begin their search online. As an e-PRO certified agent, I have the knowledge and tools needed to provide my clients with the information they need and the customer service they demand. It's both hi-tech and hi-touch.

I have also some considerable experience in short sales and would be delighted to accept any referals.
