I actually used some of the advice from Dwan Twyfords book, in a short sale that was dropped three times. I actually was told "I dug it out of the mud". I faxed faxed faxed, called and faxed faxed faxed. Finally sent some emails to a supervisor of another area, he said he would, make sure my paperwork got to where it needed to go. And several other times it appeared that it was going to be looked over. Persistence!!!! I knew that this ought not be....final? closed on it this past april. Point being, I was NOT going to accpet this. I knew better from everything that I had been taught. Persistence and did exactly what I was asked, but also asked what I knew was mine to have!!!
