"Yes it is under the HAFA program, the buyer is using an FHA loan, they did not state what they needed to net in the HAFA program letter. I emailed Freddie and Fannie, just to give it a try and see if anyone can help me. Thank You!"

Need some help with 21st Mortgage HAFA short sale.  The listing price approved is $230k, we sent an offer for $226k w/ buyers asking 3% closing costs. And the bank came back saying that they reject the offer and will not pay ANY CLOSING COSTS! I then asked the negotiator what about a full amount price for 230k will the bank accept the 3% closing costs and she said NO, NO CLOSING COSTS.
