Bank Refuses to disclose the FHA appraisal

This is a short sale.  BofA is the servicing agent.  Don't know the investor.  Seller has FHA loan.  I work for sellers agent.  BofA is demanding a very high price for this property (which may kill the deal) and I want to check the appraisal.  Bank refuses saying that "it's an internal document" and they are bound by "notace of righ to receive apprisal" (sic)  Mortgagee Letter 2008-43 seems to me to grant the homeowner and the Agent a copy of the appraisal.  Am I within my rights to get a…See More
