Twice this week I have endeavored to contact Cenlar to verify receipt of the third party authorization I faxed last weekend and to request a list of it's short sale submission requirements and a copy of the Cenlar specific forms. I have called both 866.430.9689 provided by this group and 866.557.5653 provided by the client's account statement. My listing had the same situation. Everything went rather smoothly until GT submitted to PMI. Then the process stalled and I eventually lost the approval on the BofA HELOC. Meantime the GT Loss Mit person won't respond…"
Just lost the BofA approval on the HELOC because PMI on the 1st has taken too long (so far 4 weeks from submission to PMI and counting). GT Customer Service cannot provide any reasonable expectation as to timing or for escalating this file. A few weeks ago I spoke with the loss mitigator who advised that he would escalate the file to his supervisor to contact the counter-part at PMI.
