This is a first for me.
I heard about a short sale seller who sold his house in 2009. Several years later, they find out that the buyer is selling the house. The previous owner loved that house and would like to buy it back.
Are there any rules to prevent him from doing so? He has already repaired his credit and in a better financial situation today than before.

On August 10, Greentree, as second lien holder, sent conditional approval for $20,0000, with deadline of Sept. 21. They were told that CITI as the 1st lien holder will only approve $8,500. Greentree negotiator said to send her CITI approval in writing once received.

I had the same thing happen to me chase BPO came in high so we had an appraisal done and the appraisal came in 115k lower than the BPO. Have you had any success with the executive office?
