Ole Aamodt, is a licensed Broker Sales Associate in the State of Missouri as well as the State of Kansas. He has well over 30 years of successful real estate sales experience. Ole has over five years of real estate short sale experience.

Some of the many lenders with whom he has worked include the following: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Flagstar Bank, Ocwen Loan Servicing, HSBC Financial, Indy-Mac, and USAA Federal.

During 2009 and 2010 Ole obtained his CDPD, Certified Distressed Property Designation; LDPD, Luxury Distressed Property Designation; REO, Real Estate Owned Specialist; and ACSS, Accredited Short Sale Specialist Designation through Harris Real Estate University.

Attended HREU in 2009-2010 which is widely recognized as being among the most highly rated universities for providing advanced real estate educational training programs in the U.S. Unlike most other real estate training courses the HREU designations required well over 12 months of continuous specialized real estate training which helps Ole to better serve the needs of his clients and meet the changing needs of buyers and sellers in today’s market.

Each year Ole continues to invest many hours into staying up to date on various real estate-related matters. such as short sales, loan modifications, new financing programs, marketing and property values. Most recently he attended classes to further enhance his knowledge and understanding of the government-sponsored HAFA, Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative program.
