- Our primary area of expertise is helping homeowners facing foreclosure. We work directly with Realtors to handle negotiations and introduce them to local buyers of residential real estate. We have developed a successful system for identifying and educating homeowners who need my services and want to know their options. Our system includes methodology for successfully negotiating short sales with the homeowners' lenders when this is the option they chose.
Our solutions are win-win-win: the homeowner avoids foreclosure and the resultant credit devastation; the lender avoids acquisition of a negative asset, the neighborhoods do not have another vacant foreclosure; and the Realtors are able to make a sale and be ensured their commissions.
