- Mario has lived in the Metro Phoenix area for over 50 years, Today, he is a "Full-Time" Realtor affiliated with The Melcher Agency and a CDPE Advanced Designee that specializes in residential home sales: Luxury Homes and Distressed Property Homes Sales throughout Maricopa and Pinal counties.
Being a strong believer in continuing education, In order to better serve his expanding customer base, he has attended many board seminars and state conventions over the years to enhance his knowledge in the real estate industry.
In 2008, Mario earned his Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, which has allowed him to help many homeowners find alternatives to foreclosure in the Phoenix metro area and around the globe through his extensive referral network of over 35,000 CDPE’s nationwide.

He has personally negotiated short sales that have required approvals from Mortgage Insurance companies, Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative [HAFA], Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Jr Lien Holders, Home Equity Line Of Credit, Home Owners Associations, Attorneys, Trustees, Major Lenders, Credit Unions, Small Banks and Private Lenders.
Mario has been successful in obtaining lender approvals within one week’s time due to his knowledge of the short sale process and ability to present the lender with a “Complete, Accurate, and Compelling” short sale package that enables them to see the benefits of accepting the short sale offer almost instantaneously.
Mario is passionate about helping homeowners find the right solution for themselves and their families and understands that each situation is unique in nature. There is no circumstance too big or small that Mario is not willing to tackle. He takes pride in helping homeowners, his community and the economy as a whole.
