I am a Realtor/Associate Broker. Been in the business for over 5 years and love what I do. I do find it frustrating to run into brick walls with short sales, mostly when I have the buyer and wish I had the ability to do more to help the listing agent. I am pretty aggressive with the banks with short sales and have done pretty well on the ones I've done. I LOVE this website and the ideas that are put out as helpful solutions. I think this is the best help for agents to bond together in situations where we need solutions and may be able to learn from each other. GREAT RESOURCE.
