- I have been active in the South Florida real estate market for over 15 years. My areas of concentration have included activities in both commercial and residential.
I am very South Florida-focused regarding carving a niche with major investors who are looking to purchase land for ground-up projects, rental properties suitable for condo conversion, and the sell-out of any of these products. As a Sales Associate, I played a lead role in both the procurement and the sales of a $20-million condo conversion in Deerfield Beach, Florida - 118-unit, garden-style complex.
I continue to maintain strong ties with my clients even if they are not prepared to enter the marketplace at this time.
I earned my B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Denver, and my M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing at Long Island University.
I currently hold the following prestigious certifications: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential SpecialiI st), e-Pro (Internet Certification), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and TRC (Transnational Referral Certificate) designations. In addition, I have completed the course requirements for the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which will soon be added to my professional credentials.
