"BOA has not been using the term QC review until they are ready to issue an approval. The sort of thing you are talking about used to happen all the time at the start of "document collection" - thankfully, not nearly as often these days.…"

Today there was a message stating that the file was declined because it “failed internal quality review".I'm baffled.  They just asked for updated docs from the seller.I have had approval on this property before with no problem (unfortunately the buyer walked).Does anyone have any experience with this?See More
