Marketing
My business model focuses on selling my inventory quickly at market value cost by properly educating my sellers and buyers in their affordable range. I direct market expired, withdrawn, For Sale By Owners, distressed properties by internet with global exposure on over 365 different real estate website some to include social networking for Google, Facebook, & Twitter just to name a few. All offers are presented within 24 hours of receiving them. I provide BPO reporting w/ digital color photos, 24 hour turn-around time for drive-by inspection and/or exterior with some same day occupancy check.

Every listing is saleable when price at or below market value with my aggressive approach to see results. I aim not to place properties on the market to sit but be moved. I monitor my listings and activities every 3 weeks in order to see market value on the 4th week to monitor price reductions according until traffic is improved.
