I am a realtor of almost 30 years. I sold real estate in Santa Clara County California where I trained with Century 21. I started real estate when interest rates were close to 18%. After being there 11 years my husband and I moved back to Ft. Lauderdale as all of my family was here and I had a new born. I worked for Coldwell Banker for 15 years here in Ft. Lauderdale and I now work for American Realty & Investment. I have been to several short sale/foreclosure training sessions and seminars. I have closed on 1 short sale, lost a home back to the bank, and will be closing on another short sale next month. So I do have a fair amount of knowledge on short sales , but I learn more each day.

Need names & numbers to escalate BB&T 2 lien/equity line for a short sale.

My client has a first of $325,000 with GMAC and a 2 lien/equity line from BB&T for $240,000.  BB&T is suing my clients outside of the short sale. They are suing them personally and have had to hire a foreclosure attorney to respond to the lawsuit. BB&T wanted $22,500 cash up front to allow our short sale to close as we have a buyer with an offer of $210,000. GMAC accepted this all cash offer. However,…

I have sent 3 powerful, demanding, and bank benefiting emails to this Impact Companies-Property Group. I asked to be escalated to the next level. All she keeps repeating to me is thats "ALL" we pay out of OUR proceeds!!!! Do you still want to continue???? I so much want to say NO!!! I don't want to continue and you can stick it where the sun doesn't shine!!! But I haven't yet.
