- I have been licensed since 1997. Known as a seasoned professional Realtor as well as a trainer within my company, I assist buyers and sellers in Illinois and Wisconsin with residential, commercial, and vacant land/farm transactions, both "normal" and distressed.
My motto is “Jeff listens, cares and delivers!” I have achieved the professional designation of GRI, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, which has been described as the equivalent of a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, requiring a 3 year commitment to classroom and real world lab work. I also have the “e-Pro” designation which is designed to instill expertise integrating the information explosion of the internet with the real estate world. I can bridge the gaps between buyers, sellers and the “system”.
Currently serving as a Burlington, WI Town Supervisor, I am in my fourth 2-year term and concurrently served as Chair of the Town of Burlington Smart Growth Committee from 2005 to 2008. I understand the importance of respecting the nuances of local political projects.
The combination of experience in business and politics has allowed me to become a top flight negotiator with the ability to probe and analyze situations in order to maximize my client’s gain, while treating all parties fairly and equitably.
