"Thank you Very Much Ken, Kathleen was a savior for us. We had a sale date scheduled for 9/11/2012 and we had a short sale approval letter with an expiration date of 10/2/1012. Everyone I talked to at OCWEN assured me there was no sale date…"
"I am seeing this more and more often. We just have our attorney reset the sale date so they will process the short sale. I have gone to supervisors and tried to push it along and haven't had any good response until we got the sale date reset."
I submitted a complete HAFA Packet near the end of July, then on August 16th we were asked if we wanted to do a HAFA or Traditional Short Sale. On September 10th we received a denial because we accepted an offer before we received the HAFA approval. Wells Fargo is not willing to review our file now because there is a sale date for October 2nd. Who can I contact for some help to get this short sale back in review?See More
