Hello Everyone, I am new to the groups! I am a national SS Investor & Flipper. I currently have approximately 35 properties under Purchase Contracts and are in various stages of Lender Negotiations. I am fairly new at this and have not closed my first deal yet. I have set up a strong infrastrasture and I am now searching for some advice and Info on Seller Side Lender Deed Restrictions. Has anyone run into this and what have you done to overcome it. I anticipate performing Same day or relatively same day closings for both escrows. Thank You! Mark Montgomery MarkM@TrustedREI.com
