Fuad, Thank you for the feedback. I spoke to the agent about the property and she just submitted the paperwork to the bank it seams. She doesn't know which bank holds the short sale, because there are two liens on the property. She also told me most of the time there are no restrictions in reselling a property in that area. 30 to 90 days if any.
