My past experience with Citi was that was not their rule. I had a negoiated deal with Citi in less than 6 weeks - but junior lien holder demanded a note that teh divorce attorney recommended they not sign. I finally aborted the deal.

I live and work in historic and beautiful Fredericksburg, VA area located just 50 miles S of Washington DC & 50 miles N of Richmond VA. I serve the Fredericksburg Area which includes the City of Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties of Caroline, King George, Orange, Culpeper, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Eastern Prince William. I am a Certified Seller and Buyers agent. My experience is in Residential, Land and Commercial. I am retired DOD Federal employee after 34 years of service, Independent IT consultant for 7 years and enjoying life again in Real Estate since 2003. I left federal employment for a career in real Estate in the Mid 70's and returned only after the 18.5% interest rates of the Carter Administration. I am committed to providing service to my clients as I would want provided to any member of my family. As a 8 year veteran of the USAF I especially am fond of serving my fellow veterans and Active duty Military as well as helping first time Buyers get the keys to their first home. George Washington grew up at Ferry Farms just across the river from Fredericksburg. I work on referrals and would love to provide you a nice referral fee for your referrals into this area.
