- Hello! My name is Debbie McGhee and I am a broker with 24 years of successful Real Estate sales experience. I am very motivated, energetic, ambitious, results oriented sales person and sincerely enjoy the real estate business.
Before my career in real estate I attened school in Northern California and graduated with a BA in Speech Communications. I achieved many awards in public speaking I was on the speech and debate teams during school. At the age of 5, I began baton twirling and won many championships and became a baton teacher owning my own dance studio at age 13, I've won more than 250 awards in twirling including Miss Majorette of California.
My real estate career began at the age of 25 in Lake Tahoe, CA. Later I moved back to the Bay area to work for Coldwell Banker, Marin County and San Francisco. While in San Francisco I met many buyers that wanted me to sell them a home based on Feng Shui Principles and today I am a Certified Feng Shui Specialist and use it to design and sell homes.
For 13 years, I sold homes for home builders in California and Nevada, I specialized in master planned communities as well as urban high-rise projects consisting of luxury homes, condominiums and town-homes. New home sales was an interesting experience, my responsibilities included demonstrating and pre-selling homes before ever having a model to show basically selling dirt. And in 4 years of high-rise experience I wrote over 400 contracts in the Gaslamp district of downtown San Diego. In my 1st year sales, I pre-sold 120 units in five weeks working out of Starbucks Mission Valley while waiting for my downtown real estate office to be built. I achieved 45 million in sales in 2004 and won the Silver Award for "Best Sales Team of the Year" at Nationals. I believe my success is due to my wealth of knowledge in Feng Shui principles, having my Certified Sales Person Designation and loving modern architecture.
My Real Estate experience includes New Homes to Re-sales specializing in Urban-Downtown San Diego, Lake San Marcos, San Francisco, Temecula, Palm Springs and Las Vegas. I've worked with the 55 & over including prop 60/90 and have managed many offices including California Federal in Marin County. I am the Broker/Owner of Windwater Estates in 2 locations San Diego and Palm Desert and Manage Desert Resort Resales.
I specialize in Shortsales, Foreclosures and Luxury Water Front Estates.
