- I've been in Florida for 13 years and in FL real estate for 12 years. I started as an appraiser and eventually worked my way to Real Estate Broker and owning The Florida Real Estate Store. I am consistently rated as a GulfShore Life 5 Star Agent in Customer Satisfaction; an award only received by the top 4% of real estate professionals. I work within all areas of real estate: from 1st time home buyers to high end waterfront buyers to investors. I know my market and I know my values. I am continually educating myself on short sales procedures, regulations, requirements,etc., both government and bank specific, and have completed a significant number of short sales and am considered an expert in the field. People going through a short sale, need an advocate as well as a broker. Underwater properties are commonplace, however, it's not common for distressed homeowners to know how to deal with this situation. I truly help them to navigate the shark infested waters of the short sale process. I know what I'm doing and I welcome the opportunity educate sellers on the difference between a strategic exit as opposed to a forced exit.
