- Carly McDonah comes to Godwin Realty with 10 years of experience in residential real estate, working with both buyers and sellers around the St. Cloud and Kissimmee area. A resident of St. Cloud for 20 years, she knows what it’s like to call this town home, and uses that knowledge to find the right home for each client she works with. Carly received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Central Florida. In the past, she has been an active participant in the Realtors Political Action Committee, and has lobbied for real estate rights in our Tallahassee capitol. She is part of a mother/daughter real estate team that has worked in a multitude of real estate capacities, including short sales, REO/Bank Owned Properties, and traditional sales, and have sold over $10 million dollars of real estate in the Central Florida area.
