SECURITY INFO

Short Sale Commander has all the client data stored, backed up and mirror imaged in two separate secure locations on our own dedicated servers. Commander has numerous firewalls and has all client information behind the DMZ to further protect the data.  The only information our users have access to is the data they enter and choose to share with other users on their license.  We have our SSL Certificate and the https:// will be live for our customers in the next couple of days.

The passwords are stored on the server behind the DMZ.  We chose not to directly encrypt the password because they are secure already, as well as it's much faster to support our clients if they forget their password.

We spoke with Victoria and the problem was with her scanner settings!
The issue with large documents is almost always the scanner settings.  If it's set to scan in color or a high resolution, it will be too big for most email programs & efaxing solutions. Commander doesn't have a limit on what can be uploaded.
A quick test to see if your scanner is set correctly:
   1 page       = ~110 KB or less
   10 pages   = ~1.1 MB
   100 pages = ~110 MB

I have been using for a couple months now, and my biggest gripe is the lack of file size..even if I scan a pa at 200 dpi, can't fit them into the program..very frustrating and support says no plans to expand..

I am impressed!  You can manage all your listings through the system (Short Sales and Non-Short Sales).  With Sarasota Short Sale Blog we get many short sale leads and Short Sale Commander also allows us to manage the information on those leads, before they become listings.

Yvonne. I had actually checked several different programs before deciding on this one with Wendy. The main thing that sold me personally was the vision of the owners. They are slowly adapting the software to be more than just a short sale management program. This was abig concern of mine as I want to have all of my transactions together whether short sale, reo or equity. It just seemed like a good fit. Hopefully we made the right choice for our members. Test drive some fo the programs out there and come back and give us your opinion.

I'd like to know what other programs are avaialble?  Has anyone tried more than one and has determined this one to be the best.

Thanks

One of the agents in my office has this and I'm interested to know what others who are using it think.

Enjoy the day!
