RTR wants a full package, including first lien holder approval, before they will review it for short sale. However, they than tell you that it will take 4-6 weeks. This creates a nightmare in trying to get extensions from the first. RTR doesn't seem to see the problem. HELP!
I'm trying to get a feel for how Real Time is going to handle a short sale I have and whether I can get this one closed. It's a conventional 1st with AHMSI and 2nd wit Real Time. Homeowners completed a BK and are not willing to contribute.
I just called and talked to someone at Real Time and explained the situation and the rep said they would ask for 10%, which is a little over $100k.
Do you have any thoughts on the feasibility of the first providing 10% and the 2nd accepting 10%?
Does anyone have a direct contact at Realtime Resolutions? An email or fax would be great.
Thanks!
